The AMH ELISA immunoassay uses standardized recombinant human AMH calibrators to ensure accuracy and reproducibility between assays and lots.  The Ansh Labs AMH ELISA uses unique monoclonal antibodies against specific linear epitopes on the associated dimers of AMH for specificity and consistent AMH detection.  The Anti-Mullerian Hormone ELISA is specific to human AMH (associated form) which detects the full length and enhanced biologically active associater forms of human AMH.  With an analytical measure range of 0.08 to 14.2 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 23 pg/mL, the AMH ELISA assay can measure AMH in studies ranging from menopause or compromised gonadal function up to PCOS.

The picoAMH (Anti-Müllerian hormone) enzyme linked immunuosorbent assay (ELISA) kit provides materials for the quantitative measurement of ultra-low concentrations of AMH in human serum and other biological fluids.

The Ansh Labs Bovine AMH assay is the only AMH assay designed specifically for use in the cow. Anti-Müllerian Hormone (AMH) is a protein hormone produced by granulosa cells in ovarian follicles. AMH can be measured any time in the estrous cycle and is a direct measure of ovarian reserve and has a high correlation to Antral Follicle Count.   Bovine Breeds referenced to date:

Dried blood spot specimens stability makes it a practical alternative to venous blood. It opens new possibilities in AMH testing, such as comparison of historical to current patient results; simplified blood sampling for patients in remote locations or for those who are homebound. Instead of traveling to a clinic to get blood drawn, a blood spot sample can be taken at a convenient site and mailed to a laboratory. This technology will be especially useful for monitoring ovarian function of physically challenged cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.
