Neutral Protease NB

For Pancreatic Islet Isolation and Other Dissociation

Neutral Protease NB is a metalloprotease suitable for tissue dissociation applications. This enzyme cuts diverse peptides in front of hydrophobic amino acids and thereby creates smaller fragments. For cell isolation, Neutral Protease NB is often used in combination with purified Collagenase NB 1 Premium Grade as well as Collagenase NB 4 Standard Grade or Collagenase NB 8 Broad Range.  If cells are intended for transplantation into humans, Neutral Protease NB GMP Grade is recommended.
