IC50 & Target: Opioid receptor^[2] In Vitro: β-Casomorphin, human TFA induces contractions of the guinea-pig ileum myenteric plexus/longitudinal muscle preparation with an IC₅₀ of 29 μM^[1].
β-Casomorphin, human TFA displaces ³H-spiperone from receptors in frontal cortex starting with 500 nM concentrations^[2].
