Anti-Mouse integrin β7 Low Endotoxin Functional Formulation, GOLD (Clone: FIB27)

Integrin β7 is a 130 kD highly flexible membrane protein in the Ig superfamily that plays a role in lymphocyte adhesion. This flexibility facilitates a dynamic affinity for ligand via conformational changes. Integrin β7 forms heterodimers with α4 or αE (ITGAE) for structural stability. The α4/β7 heterodimer, also known as LPAM-1, binds to VCAM-1, MAdCAM-1 and fibronectin. The αE/β7 heterodimer interacts with E-Cadherin. Integrin β7 interacts with EED.
