Anti-eIF4E

Anti-eIF4E is a polyclonal antiserum produced in rabbits to purified recombinant human eIF4E. The antiserum is useful for Western blotting, for example, with 50 μg bovine liver extracts and the antibody at least at 1:500 dilution. The antiserum is also effective for immunoprecipitation.
