Deficient Products (Plasma and Serum)

Assaypro deficient products are produced using antibody affinity columns to deplete the target antigen from plasma or serum. Antibodies for affinity purification are selected via an intensive screening process, based upon affinity and specificity. Albumin is used as a marker to determine plasma or serum integrity before and after depletion. Depletion efficiency is determined via ELISA. Deficient products are lyophilized prior to sale.
