UltraStableâ„¢ - FISH Horseradish Peroxidase HRPO Stabilizer is a proprietary stabilization formulation containing high molecular weight fish gelatin. Fish gelatin is an antifreeze protein, apparently depressing the freezing point of water by inhibiting the formation of ice crystals. UltraStableâ„¢ - FISH Horseradish Peroxidase HRPO Stabilizer may be used as a diluent for all peroxidase conjugates. In addition to stabilizing the enzymatic activity of peroxidase conjugates this diluent also helps minimize non-specific interactions in immunoassays.
