Swertisin (E0910-GRP)

Swertisin is a C-glucosylflavone isolated from Swertia japonica, an antagonist of adenosine A1 receptor and an inhibitor of SGLT2, also exhibiting strong inhibitory effects on HBsAg, HBeAg, and HBV DNA both in vitro and in vivo. It also exhibits antidiabetic, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects shows promising applications in diabetes, inflammation, schizophrenia, and HBV-related disease research.
