As a component of the Surf's Up Surfactant Kit ELISA Kit (K40000), Surfactant No. 14 (Surfactant 10G, p-Isononylphenoxy-poly(glycidol)) is a non-ionic solution that is non-hemolytic, enzyme compatible, low foaming, and a good wetter. It can be used in immunoassays to improve membrane wetting, color development, reagent solubility, reagent stability, and reproducibility of results.
