High capacity nickel-nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA) crosslinked agarose resin for low pressure affinity chromatography. The four metal-binding sites on the chelate enable high-protein binding and minimal metal leaching. Ideal for purification under denaturing conditions. Handling is easy and identical to standard protocols of other manufacturers, therefore there is no need to change established protocols. Suitable for batch and column purification.
