Description
Recombinant Human IL-23 Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target heterodimer proteins are co-expressed with the sequence (Met1-Pro189) of human IL23A (Accession #Q9NPF7) fused with a 6×His tag at the C-terminus and the sequence (Met1-Ser328) of human IL12B (Accession #NP_002178.2) fused with a 6×His tag at the C-terminus.
