Recombinant Human Growth Hormone (G631-GRP)

Growth hormone (GH), also known as somatotropin, is a peptide hormone that regulates growth, cell proliferation, and tissue regeneration. It is synthesized and secreted by somatotroph cells in the anterior pituitary gland and released in a pulsatile manner under the control of hypothalamic growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH) and somatostatin (SST). GH influences both metabolic and immune processes, supporting thymic function, T and B cell development, cytokine regulation, and myeloid cell activity. It also promotes lipolysis, amino acid uptake, protein synthesis, and lactation, reflecting its central role in anabolic growth and repair mechanisms.
