Petosemtamab (Anti-EGFR / LGR5) (A2474-GRP)

Petosemtamab (Anti-EGFR/LGR5) is a highly potent bispecific antibody against EGFR (Kd 0.22 nM) and LGR5 (Kd 0.86 nM). It blocks the appearance of metastases and slows the growth of primary tumors in experimental cancer models.
