Description
Assat kits to measure hematopoietic stem and progenitor cell proliferation using a absorbance/colorimetric endpoint. All HemoLIGHT assays are non-clonal, non-methylcellulose and use Suspension Expansion Culture (SEC) Technology. All cell populations are detected in suspension culture, not methylcellulose, but are equivalent. Since no colonies are formed, the cell populations have been given a different designation.
