Description
Assay kits to measure hematopoietic stem and progenitor cell proliferation using a fluorescence endpoint that are equivalent to MethoCult methylcellulose assays used for cord blood, bone marrow and mobilized peripheral blood in cellular therapy. All HemoFLUOR assays are non-clonal, non-methylcellulose and use Suspension Expansion Culture (SEC) Technology. All cell populations are detected in suspension culture, not methylcellulose, but are equivalent. Since no colonies are formed, the cell populations have been given a different designation. HemoFLUOR-96 PCAeq can replace the traditional CFU assay with a higher quality, higher performance and more accurate and reliable assay
