Golidocitinib(AZD4205) (S3521-GRP)

Golidocitinib (AZD4205) (Compound 21) is a highly selective and potent inhibitor of Janus kinase 1 (JAK1), with an IC50 of 0.07 μM for JAK1 and much weaker inhibition of JAK2 (IC50 > 15 μM). It also exhibits potent antitumor effects in NSCLC xenograft models in preclinical studies.
