Glucoraphanin (E2309-GRP)

Glucoraphanin, a natural glucosinolate found in cruciferous vegetables, is a stable precursor of the Nrf2 inducer sulforaphane, which possesses antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-carcinogenic effects. Glucoraphanin inhibits tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNFα)-induced Caco-2 cells monolayers inflammation and permeabilization through the regulation of redox-sensitive events.
