Description
This unique streptavidin probe contains both the 1.4 nm Nanogold® particle and fluorescein fluorophores, enabling both fluorescence and electron microscope observation of the exact same target structures in a single labeling procedure. This probe is smaller than a whole IgG molecule, does not aggregate, and fluorescence quenching due to the gold particle is low.
