FGF21 Antibody [H23F24] recognizes endogenous levels of total FGF21 protein. The expression level of FGF21 varies in different sample types (PMID: 27285327).For cell lines, the culture supernatant must be collected for detection at the same time, because the target protein is easily secreted into the external environment (PMID: 24041694). FGF21 Rabbit mAb is not recommended for Mouse-WB and Human-lHC (Paraffin).
