Duligotuzumab is a dual-action humanized IgG1 antibody that blocks ligand binding to the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and human epidermal growth factor receptor 3 (HER3). By inhibiting these interactions, it disrupts signalling from all ligand-dependent HER dimers and induces antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity.
