Collagenase NB 1 Premium Grade is a highly purified collagenase grade used for isolation of sensitive cells and guarantees high yields and viability. In combination with Neutral Protease NB Collagenase NB 1 Premium Grade is especially applicable for isolation of pancreatic islets of Langerhans from different species like human or pig. For research use only. If cells are intended for transplantation into humans, Collagenase NB 1 GMP Grade is recommended.
