COH34 (E4736-GRP)

COH34 is a potent and specific inhibitor of poly(ADP-ribose) glycohydrolase (PARG) with an IC50 value of 0.37 nM. It binds to the catalytic domain of PARG with Kd of 0.547 μM thereby prolonging PARylation at DNA lesions and trapping DNA repair factors and can be used in research of cancer therapies.
