Cefotetan disodium salt (E2881-GRP)

Cefotetan disodium salt is a semisynthetic cephamycin antibiotic that exerts its bactericidal effects by inhibition of cell-wall synthesis. It showed in vitro efficacy against ESBL-producing E.coli bloodstream isolates with MIC50 of 0.25 mg/L.
