Anti-ENTPD1 / CD39 (A2513-GRP)

Anti-ENTPD1 / CD39 (TTX-030) is a fully human monoclonal antibody directed targeting the cell surface receptor CD39. It specifically binds to the CD39 antigen and inhibits both the conversion of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) to adenosine monophosphate (AMP) and the subsequent generation of immunosuppressive extracellular adenosine in the tumor microenvironment (TME).
