Description
Anti-Collagenase HRP polyclonal antibody is produced in sheep against clostridial Collagenase NB. Clostridial collagenase consists of several collagenase isoforms which are recognized by the antibody. The IgG fraction of the serum is purified by affinity chromatography and subsequently conjugated with horseradish peroxidase. This antibody can be used in ELISA and Western blot experiments, immunostaining of tissue and analysis of residual collagenase impurities in cell preparations.
