AMZ30 (S0308-GRP)

AMZ30 (ML136, CS-2122) is a selective and covalent inhibitor of protein phosphatase methylesterase-1(PME-1) with IC50 of 0.60 μM. AMZ30 reduces the demethylated form of PP2A in living cells.
