Recombinant Streptococcus pyogenes M1 CRISPR-Cas9 Protein is produced by Baculovirus-Insect Cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Met1-Asp1368) of Streptococcus pyogenes M1 CRISPR-Cas9 (Accession #WP_010922251.1) fused with a nuclear localization sequence (NLS) at the N-terminus, two NLSs and a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
