PAK Detection Kit

The PAK Detection Kit includes a 200 μg aliquot of affinity-purified Anti-PAK (GLO152-100) and a sample of highly purified PAK1 (GLO110-001). The PAK1 aliquot is provided in SDS sample buffer ready for use in five applications as positive control in Western blots. The antibody was produced in rabbits to a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues 484-502 of human PAK1. The polyclonal antibody is useful for Western blotting, for example, with 30 μg HEK293 cell extracts at 1:1000 dilution of the antibody. In addition to PAK1, the antibody displays reactivity with PAK2.
