Leinco Development Kits offer researchers the flexibility of customizing assays for sample source and standard curve using assay components that have been quality control tested to provide lot to lot consistency. The kit contains, capture antibody, biotinylated detection antibody, standard, Avidin-HRP conjugate and calibrators for generation of a standard curve.

These components are sufficient to assay approximately 1000 ELISA plate wells (10 plates).
