The Bethyl ELISA Sets/Kits are used to quantitatively measure levels of specific analyte (immunoglobulin, serum protein or cytokine) in serum, plasma, milk or cell culture supernatent.

ELISA Sets

Affinity purified antibody, calibrator and HRP conjugate are packaged to provide quantitative ELISA sets. Each set contains reagents sufficient for 1000 single well assays. Sets do not include plates, buffers or substrate. If these components are not readily available in your lab , you may want to order an ELISA Starter Kit (E101 or E103) depending on the set you are using.

ELISA Kits

Kits include pre-coated 96-well strip plate, standard, detection antibody, sample dilution buffer, HRP solution, TMB substrate, stop solution, 20X wash buffer, sealing tape and detailed instructions.

ELISA Starter Kits / Replaceable Reagents for ELISA Sets

Two starter kits are available - E101 contains BSA blocking buffer.

E103 contains non-BSA blocking buffer and is for use with Quantitation Sets, Bovine IgG, IgG1, IgG2, IgA, IgM, Albumin, Transferrin, Lactoferrin, Alpha Lactalbumin, Beta Lactoglobulin and Goat IgG and IgM.
